Have you got an instant pot, but you just don’t use it much, because well, you don’t? Instead, you find yourself standing and boiling eggs over the stove top, and wasting time. Well my friend, today, I can honestly tell you that if you just knew how to use that instant pot, boiling eggs would become so much easier.

So how do we boil eggs in an instant pot? The great thing about this, is that we can put them in, walk away and come back when the instant pot is done. There is no effort involved on our part, except for putting the eggs and the water in the pot. This has saved me a lot of time in my busy schedule.

So what is the trick to know how to boil eggs in the instant pot? There is a simple little trivet that you can use to put in the instant pot, that can boil the eggs. All you do is put the trivet in, put the eggs on the trivet and add 1 and a half cups of water. You then close the lid and seal the vent, and boil the eggs, and voila! Easy as that.

After you’re done, it’s a good idea to put the eggs in cold water so that the shells can come off easily.

Ingredients:

• 1-8 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups water
• egg trivet

Method:

1. Add the trivet to the inner pot
2. Put the eggs on the trivet
3. Throw in the water
4. Close the lid, and seal the vent
5. Push the pressure cook button and set it for 5 minutes
6. Walk away
7. When the pot is done, place the eggs in cold water for easy dislodging of the shells
